Terms and Conditions – €200 Voucher Giveaway

1. Organizer

DEVYNE GmbH, Kivelingstraße 10, 49808 Lingen (Ems) (hereinafter referred to as "devyne" or "Organizer").

2. Promotion Period

The raffle runs from July 24, 2026, until the 100th valid order is received in the devyne online shop (devyne.de) or until an end date announced by the organizer, whichever comes first.

3. Eligibility

Eligible participants are natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of DEVYNE GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Participation Mechanism

The first 100 valid orders received at devyne.de during the promotion period are automatically eligible to participate. One participation is possible per order; multiple participations by several orders from the same person are excluded. Separate registration is not required.

5. Prize

The prize is a devyne shopping voucher worth €200, redeemable at devyne.de. The voucher is valid until July 24, 2027 (1 year from issue), cannot be paid out in cash, and cannot be transferred to third parties.

6. Drawing and Notification

The winner will be drawn after the end of the promotion period by random selection, with no legal recourse. Notification will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided with the order. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, devyne reserves the right to conduct a new prize draw.

7. Data Protection

The data collected as part of the order (name, e-mail address, order data) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the raffle (identification and notification of the winner). The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b or f GDPR. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8. Participation Without Purchase Obligation

Participation in the raffle is linked to the completion of an order during the promotion period. A separate, purchase-free participation option does not exist. An order placed during the promotion period does not entail any obligation to participate in the raffle; participation is automatic and without additional costs for the participant.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel

devyne reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the promotion for an important reason without prior notice, provided that no already existing claims of participants are affected thereby.

10. Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.
