A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
Notwithstanding this, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (DEVYNE GmbH, Kivelingsstraße 10, 49808 Lingen, Germany, Tel.: 05912926, Email: info@devyne.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall repay to you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, properties, and functionality.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
General Information
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage unpaid.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
