Sprouted buckwheat and sprouted oats form the base of this porridge, supplemented with tigernut flour, shelled hemp seeds, wheat germ, and sprouted sunflower and pumpkin seeds from certified organic farming. Sprouting is a traditional process that is gaining increasing importance in modern food-first concepts. Wheat germ is one of the natural food sources of spermidine, currently one of the most discussed natural substances in longevity research – although no efficacy claims can be derived for this product.
