The Beta Glucan Flakes combine oat, barley, and brown millet flakes with oat bran. Beta-glucans are soluble, indigestible dietary fibers naturally found in the cell walls of oats and barley. They contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels – the positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of beta-glucans. Just one serving (75 g) of the mixture contributes to this amount.
