Chun Mee is obtained from the leaves of the tea plant Camellia sinensis. Its name translates to "precious eyebrow" – the finely and neatly processed leaves resemble an eyebrow in shape. Like classic green and black tea, it naturally contains caffeine. There are currently no approved EU health claims for green tea ingredients such as catechins; corresponding statements are deliberately not made here.
