30 g Eiweiß pro 100 g, damit gelten sie als eiweißreiches Lebensmittel.
7,9 g Alpha-Linolensäure pro 100 g. Bereits 2 g ALA täglich tragen zur Aufrechterhaltung eines normalen Cholesterinspiegels bei.
