Dalia Intense olive oil is made from hand-picked mountain olives grown at an altitude of 730 meters in Tunisia. Gentle cold pressing from the first pressing preserves the characteristic aromas and a total polyphenol content of 656 mg/kg. Olive oil polyphenols are among the intensively researched plant compounds in longevity research – their content is generally considered a quality feature of intense, early-harvest olive oils.
