Dr. Michael Greis

Dr. Michael Greis studied human medicine in Hanover, Berlin, and South Africa. He gained his first medical experience in surgery and intensive care medicine at the Thuine Hospital, as well as in rehabilitation clinics for orthopedics, internal medicine, neurology, and sports medicine in Bad Soden-Allendorf and Kassel. He completed his specialist training as an orthopedic and trauma surgeon at the orthopedic clinic in Kassel, supplemented by rotations in pediatric orthopedics and pain therapy.
He gained international experience through medical assignments in the Philippines and by helping to establish a relief organization in South Africa. Since settling in practice, he has run an orthopedic and trauma surgery practice in Lingen with a colleague. Over the years, he has acquired further qualifications in specialized pain therapy, acupuncture, naturopathic procedures, and performance medicine – with professional focuses on preventive medicine, performance medicine, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. As a certified nutritional physician (DAEM/DGEM) and preventologist, he combines medical expertise with a holistic view of nutrition, exercise, and prevention.
As a member of the scientific advisory board, he supports devyne in the professional classification of raw materials, dosages, and content – with the aim of communicating longevity in an understandable and evidence-based manner, without making false promises.
